This is a very simple sauce that my father use to make when we were young, and still today I enjoy this flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 Stick of salted butter
- 2 Ounces Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in sauce pan
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil then low to simmer.
- Stir often

I have this sauce ready for almost any steak. Try it, I think you too will enjoy the flavor. We also enjoy using this sauce on veggies as well as seafood.
