The fudge has been around for many years. Rooney can only make this when the weather if right.

- 4 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 – 12oz. package chocolate chips
- 1 – 7oz jar marshmallow creme
- 1 – 12oz can pet evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 – 12oz jar crunchy peanut butter

- Butter a 14″ jelly-roll pan or 2 smaller pans with extra butter
- Mix sugar, milk, butter and chocolate chips in a 3 qt. pot
- Bring to a fast boil and stir occasionally. Boil for 8 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Add marshmallow creme, peanut butter, stir until mixed
- Add vanilla and stir until mixed
- Pour into buttered pan/pans and spread around
- Allow to cool and harden
- Cut in to squares and serve

Note: Depending on the weather / rain / humidity, it may need to cook a little longer. The weather will also affect the amount of time it takes to setup.
